The Big Baller Brand

Lonzo was playing for UCLA his dad always talked about that all three of his sons we're going to play for the Laker's. Everyone thought he was crazy. They started to become famous after Lonzo got drafted to the Lakers. People started questioning about how good his son's  were. Lamar is a very oh spoken person. Since the beginning he was very outspoken about how good his son's are. They started there company at their house on a online website. The only sell off the merchandise on their website. When Lonzo joined the Lakers they became more famous. People wanted to know who they were. The Lakers is a very popular team. That help them grow their company and Lonzo supported his brand meaning so did his fans.

Prices
So they over priced items. Where are they coming up with these numbers? Who would pay that amount of money for one item? Almost $600 worth of shoes thats crazy. You can buy a lot of pairs with that kind of money. They just started off with their company and it's only been on the market for two years. And to be charging them that much money pre shoes that is insane

  1. Sweatshirts $60
  2. Hat $20-$100
  3. Footwear $395-595
  4. Shirt $50-70
  5. Women (nothing on the website)
  6. Kids $40-60

Markting
So they market on Facebook and they all so have reality show. They all have they're own social media accounts that they promote their company. Anything that they are launching we always here on social media. Or if Jay-Z decided to tweet about it. Because Lemar is so outspoken you're always hearing about him on ESPN. And what the sports critics have to say about him? Most of this time it's negative publicity but there always talking about him. Even if it's good or bad publicity you're always hearing about the Ball Family. Also two of his sons are playing in Lithuania they have a logo on the middle of the basketball court. Also their logo is on the team jerseys right in the middle and big font. They even make up basketball tournaments to promote their brand. Even though Lamars overseas he still has away of going off on his twitter.

    Problem's
They're always having technical problems with their online website. When I started doing research about them the website was down for a week. That is terrible news for online company because that's the only way they can make their money. Customers are waiting several weeks or even months to get their merchandise. Are they always going to stay relevant? The biggest complaint people are having right now they're being charged for the merchandise at they have never received. Once they contact customer service no one is getting back to them. As a customer that is really frustrating we are not getting an answer about a product. They even try emailing the company or contacting them through their Facebook page and getting no respond. How do you expect to become a billionaire company if your customers are not getting the product they're paying for. It all has to do with customer service. If customers are not happy they're not going to return back. Or recommend you to there friends and family. And nowadays someone can just put a bad review online and everyone can look at it. Their products are just overpriced begin with I'm not understanding what company that's been on the market for two years. Has decided to charge their customers too much for these items.

    Overall
If I was in charge of this company I want hire text guys so they could focus on the online website. And hire new marketing team tell me advertise more in the company. I feel like they need to hire professionals because what they're doing right now isn't working. Hire better people in customer service so they can actually get back to the customers in answer those questions. I honestly don't see this company having a long-term effect on our culture. If there already having so many problems and they're not doing anything to changes I see this company failing pretty soon. I personally would not spend that much money on one pair shoes. When I can buy a hundred for $600.

Will the Big Baller Brand become a big empire?
